At Perfect Plan Coaching, we offer a range of services to help our clients know who they are, achieve their vision for their lives and reach their full potential. Our services include individual and group coaching for teens, and adults/parents.

The benefit of individual sessions is that it is just you or your child (parents are welcome to attend all sessions with the child) with Philip as coach which allows us to go deeper into the topics being covered. You can sign up for a 45-minute session or a 60-minute session, if you prefer. You can also book a 30-minute intro call to find out more first.

Group sessions are a great way start to dive into who you are and where you want to be and also benefit from understanding how to apply what you learn in a team. You can sign up for a Group Strengths Coaching session, a Group Values Assessment session or a Group Coaching Introduction session which is a great taster session for all the content on offer.

30 Minute Intro Call

Use this to book an introduction call if you want to meet Philip and find out more about what Perfect Plan Coaching offers.

45 Minute Individual Coaching Session

Use this to book a 45 minute individual coaching session with Philip. Individual coaching sessions are a journey of self-discovery where you will unlock who you are, dream about where you want to be and then develop a plan to get there. You can tackle this holistically with a minimum 24 hour commitment to develop your personal plan (option 5) or you can tackle it in modules:

  1. Strengths action plan: 5 hours

  2. Values assessment: 5 hours

  3. Your Vision & Why: 7 hours

  4. Strategies & Personal Plan: 7 hours

All of the above 5 options are done at your own pace in terms of time frame. However, I do recommend 1.5 hours to 2 hours every two weeks as a good pace to keep continuity. Parents can accompany their children in all sessions.

Use this to book a 60 minute individual coaching session with Philip. Use this to book a group coaching introduction session. In this session you will:

  1. Get a basic understanding of how you are strong and how this works in a group

  2. Get a basic understanding of your values and how they can help with decision-making

  3. Have fun with a group visualising and planning your "escape" from a situation you find yourselves in

  4. Learn how to assess the likelihood of success of your plan

Before the session please complete this stengths quiz.

60 Minute Group Strengths Coaching Session

Use this to book a strengths coaching group session. You will need to complete a strengths assessment before this session. These details will be provided before the session. This session will provide you with:

  1. An understanding of your top 5 strengths

  2. An understanding of how you use these strengths in a team

  3. Some actions to implement

60 Minute Group Values Assessment Session

Use this to book a group values assessment session. Values are what is most important to you. There is no preparation needed for this session. In this session you will:

  1. Gain an understanding of your top values and how you will try and achieve these

  2. Gain an understanding of how to use these values to make decisions

  3. Learn from your group about how others have different values to you

60 Minute Group Vision & Planning Session 1

Use this to book a 1-hour group vision and planning session 1. In this session you will:

  1. Visualise how your greatest gifts could meet the greatest needs you see in the world

  2. Start capturing your vision and finish it as homework

Prerequisites for this session are the 1-hour Group Strengths Coaching Session and the 1-hour Group Values Assessment Session. This session is followed by Group Vision and Planning Session 2.

60 Minute Group Vision & Planning Session 2

Use this to book a 1-hour vision and planning session 2. In this session you will:

  1. Present your vision developed in session 1

  2. Work on actions to achieve the vision

  3. Assess the feasibility of achieving your vision

Prerequisites for this session are the 1-hour Group Strengths Coaching Session, the 1-hour Group Values Assessment Session and the 1-hour Group Vision and Planning Session 1.
